Antonio Conte has shown that he’s a great tactician with his tactical switch to the 3-4-3 formation that has made Chelsea a force in the Premier League.
Although Chelsea lost to West Ham in the league, the Blues boss has revealed that the game wasn’t a waste; he has seen two new positions he can play Pedro and Rodriguez. Pedro is naturally a winger and Oscar a midfielder, but Conte has other plans for them.
He said: “I saw a lot of things that can be useful for the future, for example I saw Pedro as wing-back and Oscar as one of the two midfielders, and then Oscar in a position like a striker. I had positive answers and I want to use that in the Premier League. Now I have more solutions.”
Conte definitely knows best, because he has turned Victor Moses into a force since he has been playing as a wing-back.
