Antonio Conte is usually an animated figure on the touchline, and probably the most animated manager in the Premier League, bar Jurgen Klopp. His antics on Sunday however didn’t go down well with former Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho during the 4-0 bashing of Manchester United.
Ahead of the game between Chelsea and West Ham in the EFL Cup, West Ham boss Slaven Bilic has said that he sees nothing wrong with Conte’s show of passion on the touchline.
The West Ham manager said: ‘I feel during the Manchester United game I saw nothing wrong from Conte and nothing new that he didn’t do since he started with Juventus,’ he said. ‘It was typical Conte, very aggressive, very positive coaching from the touchline.’ said Bilic.
