Chelsea and Manchester City are set to battle for the signing of Ajax teenage striker Kasper Dolberg with both clubs expected to send scouts to watch the striker make his Denmark debut on Friday.
The 19-year-old striker has scored eight goals in 19 games for Ajax this season and he has been watched by Europe’s elite clubs this season.
Denmark’s national head coach Age Hareide has been impressed by Dolberg’s composure in front of goal.
Hareide said: “He’s very relaxed. You must do something really special to impress him. I think it was Jon Dahl Tomasson who said that you can put a naked woman in front of Kasper and he wouldn’t even respond.”
Kasper Dolberg moved to Ajax in the summer of 2015 and he agreed a new deal with Ajax in May which ties him to the Dutch club until 2021.
