Chelsea youngster Lewis Baker continued his fine form this season by scoring for England Under-21s in a 3-2 friendly victory of their Italian counterpart.
21-year-old Baker has been sent out on loan since 2014. He has been on loan with Dutch side Vitesse since 2015 and has impressed while on loan with Vitesse.
After making 31 appearances for Vitesse last season, Baker re-joined Vitesse for the current season and has been one of their standout players. He has already scored 5 goals in 12 appearances from the midfield for Vitesse this season.
Baker will be hoping his good form for Vitesse and the England Under-21 side will convince Antonio Conte to give him a chance at Chelsea next season.
