Despite his achievements at Juventus, many fans were still sceptical about the appointment of Antonio Conte, when he was appointed as Chelsea manager back in April. It had to take a special appearance at the Euros during the summer that won the hearts of many Blues fans, after he made an average Italian squad look well-drilled and so tactical.

Already, he has shown that his works in Italy wasn’t a fluke; he has turned Chelsea’s fortunes around and the manner in which he did it was phenomenal.

One of Conte’s strengths is to make do with the squad he has and turn them into a winning side; he has done that in all the clubs he has managed and that’s exactly what he’s doing at Chelsea right now. He has turned a squad that looked weak and low in confidence into a title-winning material, and the feeling at Stamford Bridge right now is at the highest it could get.

Many thought Chelsea were done and dusted with after a 3-0 defeat at Arsenal, but a special tactical tweak from the genius has turned Chelsea into a force. Without waiting for the January transfer window, Conte has turned Chelsea into title contenders; we aren’t just gunning for a top 4 spot anymore, but the title.

Minus the tactical switch that has taken the Premier League by storm, his man management has been great, he has won the trust and belief of the players, he has conducted himself maturely when dealing with the press, referees and opposition managers and he has handled the egos at Stamford Bridge very well, that talks of a dressing room discord seems far from the Blues camp. The fans love him already and to say that he has overachieved in his first few months at the club is not an understatement.

Also, he has restored some belief in the Chelsea youth system. He looks like a manager that will give the youths chance, and what he has done with Nathaniel Chalobah already has made some young players have hope in the system.

The future is bright for Chelsea and Conte deserves all the credit. Already, he has shown that he is the perfect one to take Chelsea to the top.

Chelsea is more than just a football club to me; it's a passion I share, and my affinity with the Chelsea badge is one that will last forever. As far as watching my favourite team is concerned, I'd rather miss a meal than miss a Chelsea game.
