Chelsea current boss Antonio Conte has taken a slight dig at former manager Jose Mourinho for not noticing the talents of Nigerian international Victor Moses.

Victor Moses was continually sent on loan by Mourinho, and he failed to use the man who’s now shining week in week out under Conte.

“I could see his potential from the first days of the summer training camp,” Conte told Italian newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.

“I find it incredible that someone like him has been underestimated.

“Moses has important qualities: technique, physical strength, the ability to cover 70m of the pitch.

The 25-year-old has been in phenomenal form and has featured 13 times already this season under Conte, with three goals and an assist to his name.
