Chelsea star Eden Hazard has said he doesn’t want to be Lionel Messi or Cristiano Ronaldo, who are arguably the best players in the world for about a decade now. The Chelsea star insists he wants to be himself and be the best.
Speaking to BBC Sports at Cobham, Hazard said: “I don’t want to be like Messi or Ronaldo. I just want to be me, and I’ll try to be the best.”
With the form Hazard has shown this season, he’s definitely looking like the best and he doesn’t have to be anyone else. Already, he has won the Player of the Month award, and if he continues this way, he might just be a Ballon d’Or winner.
