Cesc Fabregas is strongly in the news, especially in the past 3 days, with rumours linking him away from Chelsea to AC Milan in January.
Chelsea are reportedly unwilling to keep paying the Spaniard such a high fee to be on the bench, and wouldn’t mind subsidising his loan move.
According to Squawka, the midfielder has told friends that he still believes he can earn a place in Antonio Conte’s starting line-up and will not be forced out of Stamford Bridge in the next transfer window.
However, Fabregas would only consider a loan move to a leading European club, particularly as he is settled in London and has just announced that his long-term partner Daniella Semaan is pregnant with their third child.
Fabregas has been out for over a month now, and hasn’t played a single game since he was substituted against Arsenal at Emirates Stadium.
