The likes of David Luiz, Kurt Zouma, Marcos Alonso and John Terry and other Players and staff at the club took part in a two-minute silence for Armistice Day this morning as a mark of respect to those who lost their lives in battle.

Armistice Day is commemorated every year on November 11 to mark the armistice signed between the Allies of World War I and Germany at Compiègne, France, for the cessation of hostilities on the Western Front of World War I.

Training was brought to a halt for those at Cobham to pay their respects.

David Luiz, Kurt Zouma, Marcos Alonso, Oscar and John Terry are four notable names that aren’t on international duty.
