Chelsea winger Willian was a late substitute as Brazil won Peru 2-0 to cement their position as favourites in the race to qualify for the World Cup.

The match which was played in the early hours of today needed a 58th minute goal from Gabriel Jesus and a 78th minute goal from Renato Augusto, for Brazil to win.

Willian replaced Jesus in the 83rd minute but had little time to make an impact.
