The win against Palace ensured Conte equaled Carlo Ancelotti’s Chelsea winning streak of 11 consecutive games, a record he set in his first season as Chelsea manager.
Jose Mourinho’s winning streak at Chelsea lasted 10 games which ended in January 2006.
A win against Bournemouth on Monday next week will ensure Conte surpasses Carlo Ancelotti’s run of 11 games which he set in September 2009. Three more wins will ensure Conte meets Wenger’s record of 14 consecutive league wins his side set in 2002.
