Chelsea legend Frank Lampard was present as the Blues fought hard to overcome a stubborn West Brom side at Stamford Bridge on Sunday, and the Blues faithful still remembers the legend’s feat at the club.

Lampard’s scoring feats for Chelsea will never be forgotten and his 211 goals were celebrated with a special banner by the fans in the Shed End on Sunday.
