Chelsea have reportedly approached the agent of Real Madrid midfielder Isco and discussed the possibility of a move for the 24-year-old according to Diario Gol.
Isco has seen his playing time restricted under Zinedine Zidane and Chelsea are hoping to capitalize on the uncertainty surrounding his future by approaching Isco’s father Paco Alarcon, who represents Isco.
Chelsea reportedly face competition for Isco from Premier League rivals Manchester City and Arsenal who both want to bolster their squad by signing Isco.
Isco’s current contract expires in 2018 and the midfielder is valued at around £34 million by Real Madrid. Real Madrid are reportedly looking at the possibility of extending his contract.
