David Luiz and Diego Costa have gone from being enemies (if you remember the PSG vs Chelsea incident) to being buddies in Chelsea, and it’s a good thing to see.
Luiz who acted as Costa’s interpreter in the post-match conference of Chelsea’s win against Manchester City, joked after the game that it’s Costa’s job to score the goals, and he’d be slapped on his wrist if he doesn’t score.
Luiz said: “It’s undoubtedly [an important result for Chelsea]. Manchester City are a direct rival in the chase for the title, and it’s never easy to play and get the three points here [at the Etihad]. We are happy with our performance. [As for Diego,] it’s his work to score. Otherwise, we slap his wrist!”
