Chelsea and Manchester United are among the teams in the race to sign Hoffenheim defender Niklas Sule. Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal have also been scouting the 21-year-old.
Chelsea were reportedly leading the race to sign the German defender, but Manchester United scouts have reportedly told Jose Mourinho to try to beat Chelsea in the race to sign Niklas Sule.
Duncan Castles of the Daily Record (per Bleacher report) reported United scouts have now recommended their manager to make a move as well, although Benfica’s Victor Lindelof remains the Red Devils’ primary defensive target for the January window.
Sule is on the rise and has a promising career. Many have tipped him to be a world-class defender in the near future.
