3 points, top of the league, but very difficult game against West Brom. Tony Pulis’ men parked the bus against Chelsea, and we had to wait until the 76th minute before we got the winner.

See how the players fared:

Courtois: Literally didn’t have anything to do in this game, and would be happy to keep another clean sheet. 7/10

Azpilicueta: Chelsea’s defence had an easy game against West Brom, and Azpilicueta did a good job at the back. 7/10

Luiz: Had a difficult game against Salomon Rondon, and a 25th minute mistake almost gave Rondon the lead in the game. Had a decent game. 6/10

Cahill: Made a very important interception at the back that saved the team in the first half, and won a lot of aerial balls for his side. 7/10

Kante: We didn’t really need his combative game today as the team had all the possession, but he was still his usual energetic self. 7/10

Matic: Had a decent game, but his industry going forward didn’t yield much against a stubborn West Brom defence. 6/10

Moses: With 6 men guarding the West Brom defence, there was little space for Victor Moses to display his pace and skills going forward. 6/10

Alonso: Didn’t really have much job to do at the back today, and going forward he put in one or two decent crosses. 6/10

Pedro: Was a bit quiet in the match against a packed West Brom defence. There was no space for the Spaniard to exploit today. 6/10

Hazard: Looked exciting in the first half, but his impact in the game waned as the Baggies locked things up at the back. Was eventually replaced towards the end of the game. 6/10

Costa: Today’s victory was all about Diego Costa; he showed strength, power and pace to manoeuvre Gareth McAuley and power a wonderful show into the top left corner. 8/10

Willian: Came on for Pedro with about 30 minutes left to play, and he was lively but couldn’t penetrate the stubborn Baggies defence. 6/10

Fabregas: Brought in for Victor Moses to open up West Brom’s defence, and his pass from deep helped create Costa’s goal.

Ivanovic: Replaced Eden Hazard late in the game to help seal the Blues defence, as Chelsea tried to hold on to the slim lead.

Chelsea is more than just a football club to me; it's a passion I share, and my affinity with the Chelsea badge is one that will last forever. As far as watching my favourite team is concerned, I'd rather miss a meal than miss a Chelsea game.
