Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero has been handed a four-match ban by the Football Association for his horror knee-high tackle on David Luiz in Chelsea’s 3-1 victory over Manchester City.

Aguero was shown a straight red card for the challenge by referee Anthony Taylor and this is Aguero’s second sending off this season.

The challenge by Aguero on Luiz led to a mass brawl between both teams in the final moments of the match with Fernandinho receiving a red card after grabbing Fabregas around the throat.

The four-match ban means Aguero will miss Manchester City’s games against Leicester, Watford, Arsenal and Hull.
