Stopping Chelsea’s PHD (Pedro, Hazard and Diego) is going to be serious work for most opposition defences, claims ex-Liverpool player Danny Murphy.

Murphy admits he has been impressed with how Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has got Chelsea’s attacking trio of Pedro, Hazard and Diego Costa playing well again.

“They’ve got Hazard back to his best and Pedro is looking like what we expected from him,” Murphy told Football Focus.

“He is a super player. His confidence is back.

“And Costa, somehow, he’s got him playing really well and working really hard.

“Last year he didn’t really try. Stopping those three is seriously hard work.”
