West Brom manager Tony Pulis is expecting an intense game against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge, and he’s also expecting to see two animated managers on the sidelines.

Just like Conte, Pulis is never calm on his technical area, and the former Stoke City manager has admitted that even his wife doesn’t recognise him when he’s on the touchline.

Pulis said: “My wife can’t believe it’s me whenever she watches on TV.

“And the first time I saw myself quite a few years back, I couldn’t believe it was me either!

“But you get so wrapped up in the game and the team that you’re working with. You’re so desperate to succeed.

He added: “I get Conte but I get everybody. Whether you sit down and watch — and it doesn’t look as if you’re involved emotionally — or if you’re jumping about, it’s all the same.

“Some won’t utter a word but they’re going through the same emotions I’d be.

“The 90 minutes is the time you can’t control anything.

“Everything you’ve worked for during the week both on and off the pitch, for all that time, you’re putting information to the players. You just hope they’ve taken that on board.”

Chelsea is more than just a football club to me; it's a passion I share, and my affinity with the Chelsea badge is one that will last forever. As far as watching my favourite team is concerned, I'd rather miss a meal than miss a Chelsea game.
