Chelsea are reportedly monitoring Alexis Sanchez’s contract negotiations with Arsenal. Sanchez has refused to sign a new contract despite entering the final 18 months of his current contract.

However, former Arsenal defender Sol Campbell believes Sanchez won’t leave Arsenal for Chelsea.

“He won’t, he won’t,” Campbell told Metro UK when asked if Sanchez would leave for Chelsea.

“It would be sad. Well, for him it would be sad to go because since he has touched down, he has been unbelievable. Unbelievable.

“He has been incredible and a force to be reckoned with and they (Arsenal) need to realise that.”
