Brentford will be away at Stamford Bridge, for the FA Cup fourth round clash against Chelsea. It’s definite that Chelsea boss Antonio Conte will start a fringe squad against the Championship side, but Brentford manager Dean Smith has admitted that the likes of Michy Batshuayi and Willian (who are both tipped to start the game) can cause his team enough troubles.
“We know that it is going to be a tough game but it is one that we are looking forward to,” Smith said to the club’s official website.
“We know the pool of talent that they have but we will be going all-out to win the game. You only have to look at who could play, like Willian and Michy Batshuayi who cost £65 million combined. The group of players that I have got are honest, hard-working and will look forward to the game.
The likes of Cesc Fabregas and Ruben Loftus-Cheek are most likely to start, and Smith will be wary of the quality of the Chelsea squad.
