Chelsea defeated Stoke City 4-2 in an entertaining match at Stamford Bridge on Saturday with goals from Cahill, Costa and a brace for Willian.

Here are 5 things we learned as chelsea won stoke city

1. CESC FABREPASS BOSSED THE MIDFIELD

Cesc Fabregas’ performance against Stoke City was truly impressive. Fabregas capped his impressive performance against Stoke City by assisting Cahill’s goal and Willian’s second goal. Fabregas received a standing ovation after he was substituted and he deserved it.

2. MARK HUGHES CAN’T WIN CHELSEA AT STAMFORD BRIDGE

Stoke City boss Mark Hughes has visited Stamford Bridge as a manager 11 times and he is yet to win a single game. I hope his winless run against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge continues.

3. CHELSEA HAVE GOT STRENGTH IN-DEPTH

Antonio Conte rested Nemanja Matic and Pedro in Saturday’s game against Stoke City. Having two world-class players like Fabregas and Willian come in and replace both players show Chelsea have got good depth.

4. DIEGO COSTA IS WORLD-CLASS

Diego Costa was impressive today and he scored his 14th goal of the season against Stoke City as he continues to lead the goalscoreres chart.

5. WILLIAN IS BACK

After trying times for Willian due to the death of his mother, it’s good to see Willian back working again and in good spirits.
