Chelsea great Kerry Dixon doesn’t expect Antonio Conte to make any signings this January because he doesn’t see the need to disrupt the squad.
“I’m a believer that if it’s not broke, don’t fix. Certainly at the moment, there’s nothing broke,” Dixon told Daily Star.
“There’s talk about back up but he’s got Batshuayi, he’s got other options with Pedro, Willian and Hazard to play [in attack].
“He’s got any two out of three in midfield, he’s got various wide players who can come in and play.
“Nathaniel Chalobah’s champing at the bit, wanting to prove he can play anywhere.
“John Terry, who despite what people say, can come in and do a job in any of the back three positions.
“I don’t see or feel the need to disrupt the squad with the mentality that he’s got.
“Other than a serious injury to anyone, I don’t see him buying anyone.”
