Chelsea magician Eden Hazard admits anything can happen in the title race despite Chelsea’s 5-point gap at the top of the league.

Hazard has urged his teammates to be ready for anything to ensure Chelsea win the Premier League title this season.

“We know this league is difficult – you never know – anything can happen,” Hazard told talkSPORT.

“Now, we are top of the league but other teams are very strong and they want to close the gap and come back quickly.

“We have to be ready for everything, we are in this position and we know what to do.”
