Eden Hazard was instrumental for Chelsea as we won the Premier League in 2015 but he struggled for form last season as Chelsea finished 10th in the league.

Eden Hazard has now revealed he wants to be the best again.

“I learned a lot (from last season),” Hazard told Fox Sports.

“Sometimes you are at the top like we were two years ago and sometimes it is difficult for everyone.

“For me, I was the best player two years ago but last season I was like a ghost.

“I want to be the best again and win titles.”
