Just days after Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola admitted Manchester City are too far behind Chelsea to mount a title challenge, another Premier League boss has also thrown in the towel.

Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho has admitted winning the Premier League title is beyond Manchester United this season.

“Top, I think is very difficult,” Mourinho is quoted by The Sun.

“But if we can do well in many competitions, in the end we can consider our season good. And if we can consider our season good, even if we don’t win the title, that is a good step.”

Manchester United are currently 12 points behind Chelsea.
