Kick Off: Saturday, 28 January, 2017. 15:00 GMT

Venue: Stamford Bridge

It’s the FA Cup fourth round between first in the Premier League and fifteenth in the Championship.

Chelsea are showing champions mettle, as the Blues have won 4 of their last five games in all competitions, while Brentford have won two, lost two and drawn one of their last five games, and their last two games have ended in defeats.

Although Antonio Conte might be expected to make a lot of changes to the team to play close neighbours Brentford, you’d still expect Chelsea to win convincingly.

Chelsea and Brentford have never played each other in the Premier League, as Brentford are yet to feature in the Premier League. However, the last time Brentford visited Stamford Bridge was in an FA Cup clash back in February 2013 — and they went home with a 4-0 beating.

Brentford will have to go back as far as 78 years ago for the last time they won Chelsea, as their last win over Chelsea came in February 1939.

It’s rare for Chelsea to exit the FA Cup at this time, as the Blues have been eliminated just twice in their last 20 appearances in the FA Cup fourth round (Everton in 2011 and League One Bradford City in 2015).

For Brentford, the 2012/13 tie against Chelsea was the last time Brentford made it beyond round three of the FA Cup – they haven’t made the fifth round since 2005/06.

My prediction: Chelsea will win this game convincingly, despite the changes Conte will make. Chelsea 4 vs 0 Brentford.
