Peterborough’s Leonardo Da Silva Lopes is relishing the FA Cup clash against Chelsea on Sunday.
18-year-old Da Silva Lopes revealed Chelsea was his favourite club while growing up in Portugal and he also admitted Chelsea legend Didier Drogba was his favourite player.
“I wore a Drogba shirt when I was around eight or nine,” Da Silva Lopes told The Sun.
“Growing up in Lisbon it was obviously difficult to ever get to Chelsea to watch a match so this will be my first time there.
“I loved Drogba’s power and athleticism, a proper Chelsea legend. I took to them because they were the team to follow ten years ago, plus being Portuguese there was the bond with Jose Mourinho that all of us in Portugal felt.”
