With Asmir Begovic keen on leaving Chelsea this January in search of regular first-team football, Chelsea are seeking a replacement for Begovic.
Celtic’s goalkeeper Craig Gordon had been identified as the right replacement for Begovic but Celtic’s reluctance to let him go means Chelsea might have to look elsewhere.
According to a report in The Sun, Chelsea’s plan B if we don’t get Gordon is PSG goalkeeper Salvatore Sirigu.
30-year-old Sirigu is currently on loan at Sevilla and the report by The Sun claims signing Sirigu will cost Chelsea £3million.
