Chelsea are 8 points clear at the top and 10 points clear of Liverpool ahead of our important Premier League clash against Liverpool on Tuesday.

Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard insists Chelsea would go on to win the Premier League if Chelsea defeat Liverpool on Tuesday night.

“People were saying that if Chelsea got an injury to Costa then they could wobble and I was under the same impression,” Gerrard told BT Sport.

“But there’s been the form of Hazard and Pedro, while the supporting cast are all back.

“If they win at Anfield, I would be very surprised if they didn’t go on to become champions.”
