Chelsea have been monitoring Genk winger Leon Bailey for more than a year but it seems the 19-year-old would be joining German side Bayer Leverkusen according to a report by Metro UK.
A report by Metro UK claims Bailey will undergo a medical today after the 19-year-old agreed personal terms with Bayer Leverkusen.
Leverkusen are expected to pay around £10million upfront for Bailey which will rise to £17million.
Chelsea, Manchester United and Hull City were heavily linked with Bailey but it seems the winger is heading to the Bundesliga.
Bailey has scored 8 goals and provided 10 assists in 35 appearances for Genk this season.
