Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe is seeking to replace Nathan Ake with Chelsea skipper John Terry and according to recent reports, Eddie Howe is confident he can convince Terry to join Bournemouth on loan.
John Terry started the season as a regular in Chelsea’s lineup but an injury sustained in the game against Swansea City early in the season plus the switch to the 3-4-3 has seen our captain lose his place in our starting XI.
With his limited appearances for Chelsea recently, going on loan to Bournemouth would have been the logical thing to do as he would have been guaranteed more playing time but it’s a bit complicated for Terry.
This is John Terry’s final season at Chelsea and with Chelsea favourites to win the Premier League this season, lifting the Premier League trophy in his final season for Chelsea would be the perfect parting gift.
Even though Terry isn’t playing regularly, Chelsea fans know that he has a huge influence in the dressing room and the fans expect him to stay and help the team win the Premier League trophy this season.
Terry once said he would never play for any other Premier League team and Chelsea fans would be expecting him to keep to his words.
John Terry is also called Mr Chelsea because he symbolises Chelsea, and no fan of Chelsea would want to see him play for another Premier League team.
John Terry will most likely stay at Chelsea and turn down the chance to move to Bournemouth on loan and every Chelsea fan expects him to do just that.
