I’m sure every Chelsea fan was frustrated with the way the first-half went, and was impressed with how the Blues came firing in the second-half.
Nathan Ake revealed after the game that Antonio Conte charged the players at half-time to push more and work harder than the Wolves side who were desperate to beat Chelsea at the Molineux Stadium.
He said: “The manager told us to push more and give more energy because it looked like they gave more in the first half. They won second balls and things like this.
“We needed to match that, and get better than them, and I think in the second half we did – we won first and second balls and we were more confident on the ball as well.
“Places like this are difficult. It’s always going to be physical and hard, and you need to match that.”
