Chelsea went 10 points clear at the top of the table following our draw with Burnley on Sunday but Chelsea boss Antonio Conte insisted the race for the title was not over despite the big lead at the top.
Ex-Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher disagrees with Conte.
Carragher said on Sky Sports: “No, and I don’t think (Conte) agrees with it. It’s something that a manager at the top of the table says.
“To maybe try and take pressure off himself and not look too cocky that they have a massive lead at the top.
“He knows that if they lose that questions will be thrown at him and his team for throwing the league away, rather than a great run by another team. The lead they have at the moment, it’s going to have to be some run.
“You’re going to have to win every game, one of the other four or five teams there.
“I just don’t see that happening because one they have games against each other so points will be dropped then and with Europe, Chelsea don’t have that commitment.”
