Robbie Brady scored an excellent free-kick to cancel out Pedro’s early goal for Chelsea as Burnley drew 1-1 with Chelsea at Turf Moor.

Brady, who was making his full debut for Burnley after signing from Norwich in January, admits he was lucky to have scored the free-kick against Chelsea because he didn’t have the best of games.

Brady told Sky Sports: “Yes, I’m just lucky enough that it went in because I didn’t have the best of games but I am glad it went in and managed to get us the point in the end, so fantastic.”

When asked if the point was deserved, Brady replied: “Yes I thought the lads were excellent today, it just shows what they are about.”
