David Luiz has been playing with pain for some weeks now.

The Brazilian admitted in an interview last month that he hasn’t recovered from Sergio Aguero’s horror tackle in the game against Manchester City.

Despite the pain in his knee, Luiz has kept on playing, and he has been wonderful.

Speaking about the discomfort in his knee, Conte said: “He’s available, his fitness is good but he’s playing with a little pain in his knee.

“He’s a warrior and he’s playing very well, I’m pleased for him. He’s showing me a great attitude and a will to continue to fight despite the fact that sometimes he has a bit of pain.”

Surely, Luiz deserves our love and support for his bravery.

Chelsea is more than just a football club to me; it's a passion I share, and my affinity with the Chelsea badge is one that will last forever. As far as watching my favourite team is concerned, I'd rather miss a meal than miss a Chelsea game.
