Antonio Conte has revealed that he’s taking the FA Cup seriously, and that he wants to win the tournament.

Chelsea are away to Wolves on Saturday evening in the FA Cup fifth round, and the Chelsea manager has revealed his desire to lift the trophy in May.

He said: “I like to win every competition in every season. For sure, it won’t be easy in the league or the FA Cup. If you ask me if I want to try to win both competitions, yes for sure. We must have this winning mentality. When you are a Chelsea coach or player you must have the ambition to win every competition you play.”

There are 16 teams left in the FA Cup, and Conte has revealed that any of the 16 teams can go on to win the cup, meaning he isn’t taking any team for granted.

He said: “In the league there are six teams who can fight until the end to win the title. In the FA Cup there are 16 teams who are very strong. Our target is to reach the next round.”
