Mark Clattenburg is set to quit the English Premier League and move to oil rich Saudi Arabia. The 41-year-old was probably the biggest referee in England, and Antonio Conte is sad to see a top ref go.

Conte believes Mark Clattenburg’s defection to Saudi Arabia is a major blow for English football.

Speaking about Clattenburg, Conte said: “It’s a pity because he is really good. He wants to go and to do this choice.

“It’s not good news for us because I repeat it’s important to have the best in the country and to see him leave the country is a pity.”
