Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas has struggled for game time this season with Chelsea boss Antonio Conte preferring a midfield duo of N’Golo kante and Nemanja Matic.
If Fabregas leaves Chelsea in the summer, Conte will seek to replace him with Monaco player Thomas Lemar, a central midfielder who also plays as a winger.
According to French paper L’Equipe, Monaco would demand at least £30 million for the 21-year-old.
Chelsea aren’t the only club keeping an eye on Lemar. Manchester City and Atletico Madrid are also monitoring Lemar.
