Antonio Conte guided Chelsea to a 12th consecutive home victory at Stamford Bridge, setting his team on par with other record-breaking Blues.

Chelsea beat Swansea 3-1 at home to equal the club record of 12 consecutive home wins in all competitions.

The last time Chelsea dropped points at the Bridge was back in September, when they were defeated 2-1 by Liverpool.

Since switching to a 3-4-3 formation, Conte’s side have equalled the club record of 13 consecutive Premier League wins in a single season, and have now gone 12 consecutive wins at Stamford Bridge in all competitions.

Chelsea are currently on pace to achieve 92 points this season, which would be the joint-second highest total in Premier League history after Jose Mourinho’s 2004-05 Blues team amassed 95 points.
