Antonio Conte has consistently warned the team that the league hasn’t been won yet, urging the players to remain focused on the prize.

Despite the win against Swansea, and with just 12 games left to go, the Italian also re-echoed what he has been saying for the past few months, and Cesc Fabregas agrees with him.

He said: “At the end of the day you play 38 games like everybody else. Some teams have a good period at the beginning, other teams finish stronger. Ultimately you will play against everyone and you just have to be regular and try to be solid every time you play. At the moment we feel good but I agree completely with the manager: there is still a long way to go.”

Chelsea is more than just a football club to me; it's a passion I share, and my affinity with the Chelsea badge is one that will last forever. As far as watching my favourite team is concerned, I'd rather miss a meal than miss a Chelsea game.
