Chelsea will host Swansea at Stamford Bridge this afternoon, and Cesc Fabregas is wary of the threat the Swans possess.

He has urged his teammates to play their game and focus on their strengths so that they can take all 3 points.

He said: “They are playing much better since the new coach came in. They are getting points, they are getting results, they are playing well. They did it at Liverpool, they nearly did it at Man City, so we know it will be a very difficult game.

“We have to focus on our strengths, try to play our game and hopefully we can get the points because they are vital for our target, which is winning the Premier League.”

Chelsea is more than just a football club to me; it's a passion I share, and my affinity with the Chelsea badge is one that will last forever. As far as watching my favourite team is concerned, I'd rather miss a meal than miss a Chelsea game.
