Chelsea secured the signing of former Leicester City midfielder N’Golo Kante during the summer for £32 million, and football pundit Jason Cundy has hailed Chelsea for buying the Frenchman on a cheap, while also bashing Arsenal for missing out on Kante.
The Gunners boss admitted earlier this month he was interested before a move broke down over money, and Cundy has hit out at him.
Cundy told talkSPORT: “You are talking about one of the best holding midfielders in world.
“He was available. The price Chelsea paid was a steal.
“Those type of players don’t hang off trees.
“Arsenal aren’t a bad team – but they need to sort out their recruitment.”
