Jose Mourinho guide Manchester United to the League Cup on Sunday, after beating Southampton 3-2 in the finals at the Wembley Stadium.
With one cup already in the bag for Manchester United, former Chelsea assistant coach Ray Wilkins, believes Manchester United will do the double this season, but it would be the league cup and Europa League, but not the FA Cup.
Wilkins believes United can’t win the FA Cup because it’ll be impossible for them to beat Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.
“With Tottenham going out of the Europa League in the week I can see them winning that,” Wilkins told Sky Sports.
“They must have have a hell-of-a-chance because a lot of good sides went out during the week so I can see them winning the Europa League.
“I can’t see them winning the FA Cup, purely and simply because they go to Stamford Bridge on the 13th March to play that game.
“I think that Chelsea, at home, are so good and look so solid and I can’t see United beating them.
“But I can certainly see them winning two trophies and I think they’ll qualify for the Champions League.”
