Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola insists Manchester City can only win the title if Chelsea slips up because the gap with Chelsea is massive.
“It’s so difficult because they have to lose three games and we have to win all the games which you know how difficult it is to do,” Guardiola said after the 2-0 victory in Bournemouth.
“What we have to do is take it game by game. Now the Cup and after we’ll see.
“The gap between the second, third, four, five and six is nothing. If you lose a game you will go below.
“But we are happy to be second in the league. But the distance with Chelsea… still the gap is massive. It’s eight points.”
