On the 24th minute, Robbie Brady stunned Chelsea from a free-kick, as he exquisitely delivered a perfect ball over Chelsea’s wall to equalise for Burnley, and Blues goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois, admitted after the game that there was little to nothing he could do.
“I got a bit of a finger on it but obviously not enough,” said the Belgian, who made a good save from Matt Lowton to prevent Burnley taking the lead just before the break.
“It was a fantastic free-kick, with pace, and right in the corner so it was very hard,” Courtois admitted.
