Chelsea youngster Tammy Abraham, who’s currently on loan to Bristol City picked up an injury in the Robins’ 2-1 defeat at Leeds United last week.
The 19-year-old has returned to Chelsea to undergo treatment on a thigh injury.
There were fears Abraham will be out for a long time, but his manager has allayed such fears.
“He’ll be out for two or three weeks,” Bristol manager Lee Johnson told Evening Standard.
“Chelsea are taking care of Tammy at the moment. We’ll get him back here in a week to ten days.”
The Chelsea academy product has been in wonderful form for the Robins, scoring 21 goals in 38 games.
