Antonio Conte is known for his vociferous style of coaching. The Italian never sits for a minute; he’s involved in every part of the game, and is usually seen dishing instructions to his players regularly.
Willian joked that whenever he loses the ball or makes a mistake, he tends to block his ears to avoid hearing Conte scream at him.
“I hear everything he says on the pitch!,” Willian told Chelsea TV’s ‘Friday Night Live’.
“He likes to do that because he wants to win.
“He wants to help players on the pitch. He’s very passionate.
“Maybe when I lose the ball, I put my hands over ears to block out the sound (joking)!”
Willian will hope to start against Burnley this afternoon.
