We re-established our 10-point gap at the top of the table after our 2-1 win over west Ham on Monday night.
Chelsea defender Gary Cahill, who has skippered the Blues in the absence of John Terry, revealed “nothing should change” if Chelsea want to be champions at the end of the season.
With several Chelsea players winning league titles either at Chelsea or elsewhere in the past, Cahill believes the experience of winning the league previously would help Chelsea.
“Experience comes into play at this stage of the season especially but we know what we have to do,” Cahill is quoted on Daily Star.
“We’ve been working hard and doing the same things all season.
“Nothing should change. Our focus shouldn’t change, our mindset shouldn’t change, the way we work shouldn’t change.
“Everything should be the same as what it has been.
“The experience helps when you go to a place like West Ham and you need to be patient.
“We could have had two or three in the first half, but we just needed to be patient and then it went 1-0.”
