Reports have it that Arsenal are now resigned to losing star forward Alexis Sanchez, and the Gunners have turned attention to Borussia Dortmund’s Marco Reus as his replacement.

The Dortmund star has had slight links with Chelsea in the rumour pages, and if Chelsea must beat Arsenal to his signature, the Blues may have to cough up £70 million for the forward, according to reports by Sunday Express.

The report claims Chelsea are monitoring Reus’ situation with the Bundesliga club who have hinted the 27-year-old could be sold in the close season.

Reus is a versatile forward who can play from the wing or through the middle, but an asking price of £70 million may be a little off.
